I’m Adrià Ariste Santacreu. I learnt X++ with Axapta 3.0, and when I started working many customers were still running it. Since then I’ve worked with every version, from Dynamics AX to today’s Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, for more than 15 years. Since February 2026 I’ve been a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft. Before that I was a technical architect and developer, and a Microsoft Business Applications MVP from 2020 to 2026.

Most of what I write here is about ALM, X++, integrations and lately Copilot: the things I had to figure out and wished someone had written down. The ALM guide is the big one. In 2024 I wrote a book, Extending Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps with Power Platform (Packt).

I’m a Microsoft Certified Trainer and I speak at community and Microsoft events; my talks are on Sessionize. You’ll also find me on LinkedIn and GitHub.

When I’m not working, I’m with my dogs or trying to take pictures with cameras older than me. The longer version of how I got here is in my 10th AXniversary post.
