I don’t want to go into many details because this is and will continue being a controversial topic, but you need to know that with the move from Lifecycle Services (LCS) to PPAC we’re going from a slot-based model to a capacity-based model.
In LCS we have slots, the minimum 20 licenses include 2 slots, one for a production and one for a sandbox environment. And if you need more sandbox environments, you need to purchase add-ons for another slot.
This changes to a capacity-based model, where instead of slots, we need available capacity (GB) in Dataverse.
